1. Shipping Locations

Eva Glow Box operates worldwide, delivering to most countries across the globe. However, delivery may be unavailable in some remote or restricted areas.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping is free for all domestic orders.
  • International Orders: A flat shipping fee will apply based on the destination. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when your order arrives, as couriers may not carry change. COD is available in select locations; if unavailable in your area, we will notify you before shipping your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress through the courier’s website.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the order), the courier will attempt to deliver the package again. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please contact us if your order has been returned so we can arrange for redelivery.


7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide clear photos of the damaged items when contacting us.


8. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.
